Countdown to the Hidden Gem, All the info you need!

(Peebles, OH) As the Hell Tour (UMP Summer Nationals) is in full swing everyone is wondering how the best of the Mid-West will fare when they reach Brushcreek Motorsports Complex for the First time on Wednesday July 11th. This midweek event is promoted by 15 Year Old Steven Partin and is all for College Scholarships. Thats right Steven Partin’s Hidden Gem started last season as an Unsanctioned event and now is Sanctioned by the UMP Summer Nationals in its 2nd year of action. As the race near closer and closer everyone is ask for info come Wednesday and this is your official guide to all the action during Steven Partin’s Hidden Gem!

Camping:

The action all starts Monday when all Camping Opens. Camping is FREE, yes FREE with a payed ticket to the race. If you camp up on Tailgate Road you will be camping High Above the track and Will be able to see the race right from the comfort of your camper. Afraid you cant hear? Just tune your radio to 88.3 FM to hear all of the announcing as Bruce Hines calls the action.

Gates:

On Wednesday morning seat marking will be allowed. Feel free to come in and stake your claim to the best seats! The Pit gate will open at 4 PM and will be $35 for All Ages. At 5 PM the General Admission gate will open and it will be $25 for Adults, Kids 13-17 are $12, Kids 6-12 are $6 and Kids 5 and Under are FREE! We do not have a cooler rule at BMC. You may want to bring a Lawn Chair as the expected attendance rises and there is plenty of room in turns 4 and 1 for chairs!

Concessions:

We have two concession areas at the Facility. One in the main commissary area and one in the pit area. We have made some changes to our concessions and we hope they are more fan friendly. Make sure to ask for the fan favorite Taco in a Bag! Also don’t forget to grab some ice cold Pepsi Products while your there.

Race Info:

On Wednesday July 11th you will see a full show of UMP Late Models and UMP Modifieds. The Late Models will be running for 40 laps chasing a $5,000 payday. The UMP Modified are up for 20 Laps and $750 as well. The racing action is set to start at 7 PM with Hot Laps for both Classes. Then we will roll into qualifying for the Late Model class. After that we will run Heat Races and Features for both Divisions. Who’s Coming?

The List of names that have the Hidden Gem scheduled is stellar. Names like Ryan Unzicker, Shannon Babb, Jon Henry, Eddie Carrier Jr and More have the race in their sights! Also NASCAR’s Kenny Wallace will be racing his UMP Modified and will sign autographs after the race! NASCAR Nationwide Series driver Austin Dillon Will also be in the house! This may be your only chance to see stars like this.

Provisional for Local Drivers announced

As Promoter of Steven Partin’s Hidden Gem, Brushcreeks first ever Hell Tour race on Wednesday July 11th, i am proud to announce who will be eligible for our track provisional for 21st spot in the 22 car $5,000 to win 40 Lap feature. The provisional will go to the first Brushcreek Regular (Meaning you have raced in over 50% of the races in 2012) that does not transfer through the B-Main! Just a way to give our local drivers a chance to race with the big dogs and also keep the racing alive.

“Best Tailgater” Competition

15 year old promoter Steven Partin has announced that before his race, Steven Partin’s Hidden Gem, on Wednesday July 11th there will be a “Best Tailgater” Competition! We encourage you to come out before the gates open and Grill, play your music, wave your flags and have a GOOD TIME! Judging will begin at 3:30 PM and the winner will get 2 FREE tickets in to the $5,000 to win UMP Summer Nationals race later that day. Don’t Forget to mark your calenders for Wednesday July 11th as the UMP Summer Nationals roll into Brushcreek for the only race where college scholarships are given out with the profits! Hidden Gem Preparations Under Way

(Peebles, OH) With the season at Brushcreek Motorsports Complex getting closer and closer to a start the preparations for Steven Partin’s Hidden Gem have already begun!

There is still lots of work to be done before Wednesday July 11th rolls around and the UMP Summer Nationals roll into town. 15 Year old promoter, Steven Partin, says that he is excited to have the Summer Nationals or “Hell Tour” coming to Brushcreek for the first time on his race which is centered around giving away college scholarships! Last year 3 young kids received a scholarship from the race and they hope to give away more this year!

Last Year Darrell Lanigan came home with the win but this year drivers like Ryan Unzicker and Shannon Babb will be out for his title. Also NASCAR Nationwide Series regular Kenny Wallace is scheduled to make it to Brushcreek on Wednesday July 11th in his UMP Modified!

Hidden Gem Joins Summer Nationals on July 11TH!

(Peebles, OH) Most everyone in the southern ohio racing world knew about the scholarship race held at Brushcreek Motorsports Complex on Wednesday July 6th earlier this year promoted by 14 year old Steven Partin of West Union. Well Steven Partin’s Hidden Gem is back in 2012 to help more school students with college scholarships but this year will look a little different.

This year Steven Partin’s Hidden Gem will be a $5,000 to win race now held on Wednesday July 11th, still with the goal of helping as many as possible with a College Scholarship, but for the first time in Brushcreek Motorsports Complex history the UMP Summer Nationals, Also known as The Hell Tour, will be sanctioning Steven Partin’s Hidden Gem! This is a very exciting move for all involved with the Scholarship race.

“We were able to squeeze into a date the day after they (Summer Nationals) go to Florence Speedway in Union, KY and we feel very lucky” said 14 year old promoter Steven Partin. The UMP Summer Nationals race 27 times in a row nearly back to back with only 3 scheduled Days Off from June 13th at Brownstown, IN to July 14th at Wauseon, OH. This series has several “Big Name” drivers that follow them such as Shannon Babb, Scott James, Dennis Erb, Ryan Unzicker, Jeep Vanwormer, and Jason Feger along with many more! The Summer Nationals also sanctioned the race at Fairbury American Legion Speedway that was voted the #1 Race of 2011 by DirtonDirt.com! “After seeing the hype that builds around the Summer Nationals each year I knew it was time to join in” stated Partin.

This race is set for Wednesday July 11th with FREE Camping Opening on Monday July 9th and on race day the Pit Gate will open at 4 pm and the General Admission
