The First is the promoters age, this race is put on by 15 Year Old Steven Partin. Partin is son of Brushcreek Motorsports Complex owner Tom Partin. The second twist is that the whole race is benefiting college scholarships! Last year the Hidden Gem Scholarship fund helped 3 kids finance some of their college and there goal is to help more students than that this year.
